A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Reschedules are accommodated subject to availability. The client is responsible for providing adequate space (approximately 10x10 ft) and access to a standard power outlet within 25 feet of the setup area. Sterling Booths carries general liability insurance; a Certificate of Insurance is available to venues upon request. Sterling Booths is not liable for delays or interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
